I love cooking Korean food when I have chance. The meat seen here as very thin and called shabu shabu (샤브샤브). It cookes rather quickly and your stomach won’t feel heavy after eating it. The circular things are stick rice cakes. They were longer, but I cut mine down for easier eating. Then of course we have the rice. Any rice you see me have is 햇반  cooked white rice. I bought two cases when I came back and it only takes 1 1/2 min to cook.
I hope you all try your hand at Korean style cooking. ^^
